The species artist panel is back up and running so that more artwork can be uploaded. This was taken down due to some bugs that staff have since been fixing and testing.

The bug was suspected to have been caused by software updates to our image handling library. It caused some artwork to appear slightly off in color, usually with darker coloration. This was also related to color mode (files should be RBG, but were showing up as the wrong color mode).

We believe the bug is now fixed, but if any players find this again, let us know! We will take it back down if there's still bugs in the file uploads.

Players with artist upgrade time have been given an extension to compensate for this bug.

In unrelated news, some of the area thumbnails are going to be replaced soon. This won't affect gameplay, but you'll see some of the images get switched.
