"Flytrapz are a common plant with a lot of misconceptions surrounding their origin and care. They are native to wetlands and are adapted to nutrient-poor soils. These plants need to be kept outside and prefer direct sunlight, and like to be sitting in a tray of water at all times. They do best with no fertilizer and will catch food on their own. They require a winter dormancy period where the leaves will die back and return in the spring."
