Change Queue Updates

We have loosened restrictions on change queues for artists.
If an artist gets an item or species released, they will now be able to freely edit them within 3 days instead of being queued for changes.
This will be noted in news posts from now on when anything gets released.
This update does NOT apply to the approval process on artwork updates, which still need to go through stuff.
To prevent this update from causing any bugs with the current change queues, all current pending changes have been pushed through.

Buying/Selling

We have updated the buying/selling features for adoptables.
Previously, setting a points AND credits price together would result in the buyer having to pay both amounts (the points AND the credits).
Now, this has been switched to a 'pay either' system. If sellers set prices for both points and credits, the buyer can choose which currency they want to pay with.
