A multi file uploader has been added to the species artwork page for players with an Artist Upgrade.
With an artist upgrade, you will now be able to upload multiple files in one click.
A bug caused us to need to do a small roll-back on the database, however we are planning on compensating all of our userbase as well as trying to mitigate the rollback.
Check your level, items, adopts, custom items and species and head over to this thread here.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and thankful for your patience.
We will do out best so this doesn't happen again.
The Copyright Violations section of the Terms of Service has been updated.
Here on 4dopt, we wish to clarify that artists who submit work must own the copyrights to that work. This includes:
1. Heavily referenced work and traced work if the owner of the work being reference/traced is not the artist (including drawings and photos)
2. If copyright was sold to another party, such as in the case of some commissions. For example, if you are a staff member or do contract work for a pet site, the work you sold to the petsite cannot be used on 4dopt.
This is due to our license agreement policy. Because 4dopt is an adoptables game, we use license agreements to keep adopts onsite for players. Copyright ownership is needed for this legally.
Comments can now be made on user profiles and news updates!
Thank you everyone for the suggestions.
